EFFECTIVE COVERAGE & EASE OF USEProtect reverse osmosis membranes and their associated distribution systems against short and long term bacterial problems. Minncare® Cold Sterilant is a powerful oxidant that stops organism growth by oxidizing microbial cell proteins and enzyme systems and effectively removes biofilm. Since Minncare vapours are equally effective it is used very commonly as surface and aerial disinfectant in Cleanrooms, achieving upto 6 log reduction of bacterial spores.
TFC MEMBRANES COMPATIBLE
CAN BE EASILY USED ON ALL RO MEMBRANESMinncare® Cold Sterilant gently and completely cleans membranes. Our peracetic acid formulations have been successfully used at hundreds of locations on thin film composite membranes and cellulose acetate membranes. Many of the applications have included extended soak times. Minncare® Cold Sterilant will disinfect membranes and protect against decreased flux, which is a very common problem. In addition Minncare is also compatible with ion exchange resins, activated carbon, cartridge filters etc. which is found typically in Pharma water systems.
BIODEGRADABLE & NON-CORROSIVE
REGISTERED WITH EPA FOR USAGE AS FOGDry fog uses MINNCARE®, a cold sterilant registered by EPA for use as a fog, which is fully biodegradable with no measurable air residues. Minncare Cold Sterilant is a peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide based proprietary chemistry developed by Medivators (Now Steris) for optimized biocidal efficacy. Minncare Cold Sterilant contains only pharmaceutical quality raw materials.
